Her passion for law led her to Charleston School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2021.

During her time at Ramapo College, Rachel achieved membership in the prestigious National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha, recognizing her academic excellence and commitment to the field. At Charleston School of Law, she further distinguished herself as Assistant Editor of the Maritime Law Bulletin (MALABU) and a valued member of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Society. Her expertise in sports law earned her the esteemed CALI Excellence Award.

Before joining The Internicola Law Firm in 2021, Rachel gained valuable experience as a law clerk intern at a prominent law firm in Daniel Island, South Carolina, while attending law school. Prior to that, she spent three years as a legal assistant at a respected New Jersey law firm while simultaneously completing her undergraduate studies at Ramapo College. Rachel's dedication to her career was evident during her college years when she completed a summer internship at the New Jersey Bergen County Courthouse.

Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in June 2022, Rachel has quickly become an integral part of The Internicola Law Firm's franchise practice. Her responsibilities encompass crafting meticulous franchise disclosure documents and providing guidance to clients on various compliance matters.
