She provides comprehensive legal services to franchisors, including advising franchisors on franchise development strategy and ongoing franchise system and regulatory compliance. Julia specializes in financial performance representations and service based brand development. Julia's extensive knowledge of franchise law, combined with her commitment to client satisfaction, make her an invaluable resource for franchisors looking to grow their business.

Prior to joining The Internicola Law Firm, Julia worked at a large law firm specializing in insurance law where she counseled insurance companies by evaluating risk and making defense recommendations related to employment practices litigation. Julia also has experience working in employment law, where she represented both employers and employees in cases involving discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace compliance issues.

Julia earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, specializing in Intellectual Property & Information Law. During her time in law school, Julia served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, where she published an article on the intersection of technological and patent innovation and constitutional law. She also received the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award for her excellent academic performance and contributions to the law school community.

Apart from her legal career, Julia is bilingual and fluent in Russian. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her Great Dane, Matilda.
